Apple will be announcing new products during an event on October 30. As per leaks and rumors, the new products will include new iPad Pro, AirPods, AirPower, Mac Mini, MacBook Air, updated iMacs and much more. The event is specially important for MacBook Air lovers as it will highlight Apple’s plans for lower cost hardware which should be accessible to more users. Here is how you can follow and watch the event live on different operating systems and devices.
Apple’s October 30 2018 event

Here is how you can follow the event’s live video stream.
On macOS, you can use the latest versions of Safari, Chrome or Firefox to watch the live event video. In any of these browsers, go to Apple’s event page to watch the event.
On Windows 10, you can use Edge, Chrome or Firefox to watch the event on Apple’s website.
iOS Devices (iPhone and iPad)
Open Safari on iPhone or iPad and head over to Apple’s event page to watch the live stream.
Apple TV (2nd, 3rd and 4th generation)
On Apple TV second and third generation, make sure that you’re on software version 5.0.2 or above. An Apple Events channel will appear on your home screen which will allow you to watch the event.
On Apple TV 4 and 4K models, download the Apple Events app from Apple TV’s App Store. This app is free and will allow you to watch the event video.
Other Media Players
If you are on Android or any other platform that does not support Apple’s video streaming requirements, you can try an app like VLC player to stream the video. In VLC player, go to Open Network Stream, and enter this URL to watch the live video.
